Today, Europa Nostra Belgium is the full representative in Belgium of Europa Nostra , the Pan-European Heritage Federation, whose objectives are to promote high quality standards in the field of heritage conservation, architecture , of urban and rural planning, and to encourage a balanced and sustainable development of our environment, urban as rural, built as natural.

Europa Nostra Belgium also acts as a national platform for Belgian heritage organizations and thus enables them to exchange experiences and ideas, and to adopt identical points of view and measures.
